We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
All returns must be authorized by American Nutriceuticals. We cannot accept returns of opened or marked products. Unopened products returned within 30 days of ship date will be fully credited to your account. No refunds on shipping charges.
We ship FedEx or USPS. Cost is $7.00 flat rate for orders under $300. Free Domestic Ground for orders over $300. For expedited services such as 3rd day, 2nd day and Next day, please call 888-848-2548 for a quote.
Shipping Time – Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where American Nutriceuticals holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, American Nutriceuticals shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. American Nutriceuticals shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, American Nutriceuticals will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
